Your fitness plan should fit your life—not the other way around. That’s why my online coaching starts with a personalized 1:1 consultation over Zoom or FaceTime. We’ll talk through your goals, health history, exercise experience, and what’s worked (or not worked) for you in the past. This isn’t just intake—it’s a real conversation. I want to hear your story so I can build a custom training plan that reflects you from day one. No cookie-cutter programs. No guesswork. Just a clear, realistic path forward.

Have minimal equipment? No problem. Just let me know what you’ve got—maybe a couple of free weights, resistance bands, or nothing at all—and I’ll design your program accordingly. My job is to make fitness accessible and sustainable with whatever tools you have available.


Every week, you’ll receive a structured, fully personalized workout plan. These aren’t random routines—they’re tailored to your progress, schedule, and goals. To make learning each movement simple and stress-free, every workout includes video demonstrations from my exercise library. You’ll always know exactly how to perform each exercise, and how it fits into your training.

To build real strength and consistency, I ask for a 3-month (12-week) commitment. That gives us the space and time to track progress, make meaningful changes, and build long-lasting habits that actually stick.


With Featherweight Fitness, you’re never left to figure things out alone. I’ll check in with you weekly via text to get your feedback, celebrate your wins, and make any adjustments based on how you’re feeling. If we’re already chatting regularly during training, great—we’ll keep it rolling.

Once a month, we’ll hop on a 30-minute progress call. We’ll review your results, discuss what’s working (and what isn’t), and refine your plan to make sure it still fits your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re navigating travel, stress, or changing schedules, your training will adjust right along with you.
