Once you reach out, you’ll hear back within 24 hours. We’ll schedule a quick call to:

  • Talk through your goals, schedule, and preferences
  • Learn about your training history (even if it’s “none”)
  • Figure out what kind of coaching will support you best

This isn’t a sales pitch—it’s a conversation to build the right plan for your lifestyle.


After the consult, you’ll:

  • Complete a beginner-friendly intake form
  • Share your equipment setup (a full gym or just a yoga mat—we can work with anything)
  • Get access to our coaching platform or training app

We’ll also send over your first week of programming, based on what we learn in the assessment.

  • Weekly progress check-ins via message or email
  • Video demos and cues so you feel confident with every move
